About Malika

I work as a spiritual counselor, inter-spiritual and interfaith chaplain, meditation instructor, and writer. Although I personally practice within the Kagyü and Nyingma lineages of Tibetan Buddhism, I draw inspiration from a variety of sources including Jungian and existential psychology; mythologies of all kinds; and primarily: the messy, dynamic beauty of lived experiences. I trust liberation is found in the depths of this very existence, and believe that the written word can inspire encouragement on the path and connection across time and space — for both the reader and writer alike.
